This person will drive the revenue planning and yield management across all digital sales channels for StratosHear. The responsibilities will include a) rate management via control on all client deals; b) being the final authority for rate approvals and hence responsible for rates being offered to any client; c) assisting the sales team in creating special rate packages for clients; d) continuous development of StratosHear's rate card on the basis of market intelligence, competitive scenario; e) regular analysis of numbers for giving inputs on competitive scenario & insights into using data for effective pitch presentations; d) yield management via maintaining the yield benchmark across all digital advertising channels; e) ensuring optimal yield in each channel by continuously revising yield benchmarks through analyses; f) devising business strategies for increasing the revenue across each mobile and other digital channels via research & analyses of current and past trends in both the internal and external media environment; g) strategic support to the sales team through developing monthly/quarterly sales strategies & action plans for maximizing sales; h) identifying issues/problems in sales generation and proposing corrective measures; i) implementing a systematic & detailed sales CRM for providing a transparent and complete overview of the sales process to the management and also assisting the sales team in identifying opportunities, both lost & available.

This person will need to be extremely aggressive, very well connected in the advertising community, well spoken, commercially savvy and relationship oriented. Good market knowledge, street smarts, go getter & winning attitude and interested in meeting new people and excellent communication skills are must haves. This person should come from the advertising industry and must have solid digital ad experience in India before.

Ideally this person has around 6-8 years of experience. An MBA is preferable
