Vinay Kumar (Founding CEO) |
| Vinay is a seasoned business professional with more than 20 years of global experience in the areas of mobility, internet, digital media and software. He spent close to 10 years at Microsoft in Redmond (USA), where he spearheaded several global business initiatives. He was head of product management for MSN Mobile, during which he expanded the footprint of MSN Mobile globally through carrier relationships. He also launched and led emerging market initiative for Microsoft, during which he incubated several new product ideas and conceptualized new marketing programs to drive computing penetration to the middle and bottom of the pyramid segments in BRIC (Brazil, Russia, India, China) and other emerging markets. He returned to India in 2005 to be a Director / Sr. VP at Times Internet Ltd, the digital arm of the Times of India Group (the largest media company in India). He is a Wharton MBA and a Computer Science engineer from BITS Pilani. |

Tahseen Jamal ( Founder and Product Head ) |
| Tahseen holds an MBA in Analytical Finance and Strategic Marketing from Indian School of Business, Hyderabad and an engineering degree from Marine Engineering and Research Institute, Calcutta.Tahseen has broad experience in Risk Management and has provided consultancy to various Multinational Organizations from the domains of Technology, Manufacturing, Private Equity, Oil & Gas, and Energy. His special achievements include second prize at the National Level Engineering Model Contest in Robotic Programming held at IT-BHU Technex ’99. |

Kushal Sanghvi (Executive Director, Biz Dev, Media & Alliances) |
| Kushal came to StratosHear from Havas Digital where he was the Managing Director and set up their business working for a large number of brands in the new media space. Kushal has over 15 years of experience in the media space and has worked with brands like Rediff.com, Times of India Group, Fremantle Worldwide and Reliance ADAG. Kushal pioneered India’s first interactive and reality television show, ‘Indian Idol’, for Fremantle Media. With ‘Indian Idol’, Kushal had opened up telephony revenue in the country for the first time. He has been in the digital space since 1997 and was one of the founder members of Rediff.com. |

| Maneesh has been an entrepreneur for more than 25 years. After graduating in Electrical Engineering from Delhi College of Engineering, he diversified his family business successfully into new areas such as exports, real estate development, and most recently technology. He brings his entrepreneurial grit, breadth of experience, and openness to new ideas to StratosHear. He is an alum of Modern School, Barakhamba Road, New Delhi. |

| Savmit is a practicing Chartered Accountant with 20 years of work experience. He now heads his own firm employing around 50 personnel. The size and growth of his practice is an indication of his competence and the high level of confidence he is able to provide to his clients. Savmit has served as a board member for various Companies including Technology, Agrochemicals, Oil Exploration etc. over the years. His experience, core business sense and passion for technology make an invaluable contribution to StratosHear. |
